Social Media Aggregator FeedFlipboard was created with the intent of being a news aggregator. You select different feeds, blogs, and sites that you like to read and they all get pulled into the app and displayed to you in a beautiful, consistent, magazine-like interface.

In the same way, you can use Flipboard as a social media aggregator to consolidate your social media feeds into one handy app and stay current with all of them at the same time. Imagine being able to like, favorite, comment, +1, fist bump, and whatever else all from one place! Efficiency!

The final objective: All news feeds, including social media feeds, combined in one app! Yes please.

Setup Your Social Media Aggregator

  1. Download Flipboard for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile
  2. Launch the app and go through any guides/tips it might show on initial launch
  3. Press the red ribbon in the upper right corner
  4. Press Accounts
  5. Choose any of the many social media sites listed and enter your username and password to add that account to your Flipboard
  6. Now, your Flipboard will have additional tiles for these social media sites. Click on the tile to view that site’s feed and interact just like you were on the site.

Do you use a social media aggregator? Why or why not?
